Placing an order
There are 4 different ways to shop with Football Training Zone:
Website - the best way to place an order with Football Training Zone is to use this website via its secure server
Telephone - call us on 0845 867 4196 and place your order over the telephone
Fax - send us a fax on 01727 864 705 and simply tell us what product(s) you require, the card holder address, the delivery address, the credit card number, expiry date and, if a Switch Card, the issue number on the card. Please also let us have a contact number
Post - post your order, to Football Training Zone, 3 College Yard, Lower Dagnall Street, St Albans Herts AL3 4PA, letting us know what product(s) you require, the delivery address and a contact number. Cheques should be made payable to 'MB Interactive LLP'. Please note that payment by cheque will add 4 days to the delivery time
Cred/Debit cards accepted
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Solo and Switch.
Currencies accepted
We only accept payment in British Pounds.
Complaints
We want to know what you think of our website and its products. We therefore welcome all feedback and will endeavour to deal with any problems experienced by our customers within five working days.

Returns & Refunds Policy
In the event that you receive an order and then decide you no longer want it, please contact us and return it within 7 working days, starting from the first working day after you receive the good, and we will give you a full refund within the next 30 days. Likewise, if you receive an order that is faulty, we will be happy to give you a full refund or send out a replacement, if you return the item within 7 working days from receipt of the good.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).
This does not affect your statuary rights as a consumer.
